In addition to our standard 90-Day Return Policy for unopened products, any products that are faulty or flawed in any way may be returned for a refund regardless of condition for up to one year after the date of purchase.

WHAT IF ONE STRING BREAKS OR HAS AN ISSUE?
If a single string breaks during installation or early in the life of the set—or if it just doesn’t seem to be working properly for some reason—email us and we’ll be glad to send along another string at no charge (within the USA).
International Customers: Unfortunately it isn't practical or timely to send a single string internationally, however, we're more than happy to offer you store credit towards your next order to make it right.
WHAT IF I PICKED THE WRONG SET?
Just because a product is well-made doesn’t mean every gauge or alloy will resonate with every player. Heck, a suit might be made by Armani, but if it’s a size 46 and you wear a 38, it’s not going to look very good on you…
