Spin to Win Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Stringjoy “Spin to Win” promotion (the “Promotion”). By entering your email address and spinning the wheel, you agree to these Terms, as well as Stringjoy’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and representatives of Stringjoy, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is not intended for participation in any jurisdiction where such promotions are restricted or prohibited.

2. How to Enter

To participate, submit your email address in the form provided on the Stringjoy website and spin the digital wheel.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified at Stringjoy’s discretion.
Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to enter is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. Prizes

Every eligible entrant will receive one of the following prizes at random:

• 5% discount code
• 10% discount code
• 15% discount code
• A free Stringjoy microfiber cloth with purchase of $25 or more (Approximate Retail Value: $X)
• A free Stringjoy pack of guitar picks with purchase of $25 or more (Approximate Retail Value: $X)
• Discount codes are delivered instantly via email and must be redeemed during checkout.
• Free item prizes require a qualifying purchase of $25 or more (before taxes and shipping). Free items will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed with the email used for entry.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

4. Prize Restrictions

Discount codes:

Cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
Not valid on gift cards.
Only valid for one-time use.
Expire 72 hours from the date of issuance. Unredeemed codes will expire and will not be reissued under any circumstances.

Free item prizes:

Limited to one per qualifying order.
Subject to availability; Stringjoy reserves the right to substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value.

Taxes:

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. General Conditions

Stringjoy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Stringjoy’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Stringjoy also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion, violates these Terms, or attempts to participate using multiple identities or false information.
All decisions made by Stringjoy regarding this Promotion are final and binding.
Stringjoy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.
Stringjoy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to request proof of identity or email ownership.

6. Marketing Communications

By participating in the Promotion and submitting your email address, you agree to receive promotional emails and other marketing communications from Stringjoy. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions included in each email or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your email, you consent to Stringjoy’s collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain rights may apply under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that Stringjoy and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stringjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in the Promotion.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Participants agree that any dispute shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
